I am Ananya Mukherjee, from Kolkata-West Bengal, India. I have majored in Sociology and went ahead with an MBA in Human Resources. I am a trained Odissi dancer.
What’s your current profession? I am currently working with Deloitte as a Human Resource Analyst.
What are your top 3 achievements? I have been published – I won the National Competition for story writing. I also had the opportunity to intern with Deloitte, the selection process included candidates from some of the best Business Schools in India. I also was ranked first runner up at the National Level HR- Case Competition organized by SCMHRD

What are your favorite platforms or which charitable organizations you admire most? CRY-Child Rights and You, I had volunteered there while in school and it has touched my life in ways more than one.
What’s your dream job? Let’s just say that I would have loved to be a travel journalist!
Ten years from now where do you see yourself? On a lighter note, not see price tags at ANY Store! Hahah, but I barely ideate long term goals, so this one would be too tough to answer.
How do you maintain work and life balance? I love working throughout the week, ONLY! Weekends are for movie-snack binge and a complete detox!
