I am a machine learning and statistical scientist by training, and a Biomedical Statistician by profession, who solves data-specific problems in medical and health sciences, from her home-grown lab space & office. I have 20+ years experience in consultancy, research, teaching, and scientific communication of biomedical, surgical, health, social care, medical devices and pharmaceuticals Data Analytics, Machine Learning applications and Advanced Statistical Modelling. I lead research, design, and development of indigenous and novel methodologies, pathways and strategic solutions for clinical studies, disease prediction models and efficient data augmentation systems for multiple databases for my colleagues in academia and business. I have founded and directed an award winning start-up in the UK in the past, and I find inspiration from interacting with start-up entrepreneurs and innovators.

Keen on patient safety and data confidentiality and a proponent of higher education for performing at one’s best, while compassionately helping others, I run a voluntary online global internship programme to this effect, helping them succeed in their careers in healthcare, alongside my day job as a Statistician. I earned my Ph.D. in Statistics in 2016 from the University of Glasgow, and have been mentoring students and young professionals worldwide since then, as they become the next generation of Global Health Leaders.
Based in Reading, UK and mum to a pre-teen budding footballer, I enjoy baking to celebrate match, Premier League or tournament wins, cooking for friends and family, and socialising & travelling for work as well as leisure.

Current profession & future goals: Biomedical Statistician and Social Entrepreneur. Re-establishing and growing my business as a global enterprise.
