Attended st. Ignatius College Prep
Ithaca College BA IN Philosophy and Religion
Studied in food language and culture, Barcelona Spain
What are your favorite platforms or which charitable organizations you admire most?
I have a bleeding heart for charities so it’s difficult to identify them individually. I’m so committed and actively involved with education support for those who can not afford tuition, it’s life changing. Active Spiritual groups giving back to the community. Recovery support. Protection for children and animals. You name it, I’m probably involved.
What’s your dream job?
I’m doing it!!
Who is your favorite role model?
My dad passed away 17 years ago, he was an outstanding human on all levels. I still look to his spirit for guidance
Ten years from now where do you see yourself?
I can’t even imagine, but I know I like it! Life keeps getting better
How do you maintain work and life balance?
I wake up early to stretch, meditate then I run four or five miles. I don’t depend much on electronics, I prefer the phone. I’m creating constantly for my show and catering clients, so I’m available for my children because I can work from home. I also love cooking for my kids, so I try to do that every night so we can talk while they eat. Date nights with my husband and partner are a MUST! No talk of work or kids. Just us. It reminds us why we got together.

Favorite Book (s): Sidartha by Herman Hesse. Because I feel that I was born innocent and enlightened, then picked up some vices and unhealthy behaviors, then have given all that up to commit to peace and kind living.

Favorite Actor (s): Meryl Streep love her!

Favorite TV Show (s): House of cards, trans parent, bloodline, Iron Chef and Top Chef
Favorite Place (s): Kenmare Ireland. We own a house there and spend a month without just our family in the mountains. No internet, no phone , no tv.

Do you have any pets?
Yes a west highland white terrier named “Holly”. She’s got a lot of personality and her palette is more discerning than most people I know!
