In 2010 I became a Certified Wellness Coach through the Spencer Institute and began pursuing a Master’s Degree in Communication Arts from VSU. I graduated from the National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association in 2012 as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and plan to have my Master Personal Trainer Certification by the end of 2012 from NESTA as well.

Tell us more about your family, with whom you are closest?
My family has a love-hate relationship. We love each other dearly and hate to argue! We are all head strong, independent, and growing like crazy! In the past three years we have added 7 new members. J I married my husband in 2001, which is who I am closest to. He is supportive, loving, and dedicated to me like none other.

What kind of modeling/spokesperson projects have you done?
I have modeled since I was 4 years old and have been a spokesperson for various organizations since I was 14. I have modeled for companies such as FICA Fur Int’l, Bijoux Terner Jewlery, Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa and Aston Martin, just to name a few. I have spoken at numerous events for children and teens in the past and am now expanding into speaking on behalf of Faithfully Fit on radio shows, at churches, and at public family events.

What kind of philanthropic/fundraising work have you done?
In 2007 I started the Children’s National Network Society (C.N.N.S.), a non-profit organization that brings awareness to terminally ill children through fundraisers to help with emotional and financial needs. C.N.N.S. also contributed to other children’s organizations. Over a 3-4 years span, I helped raiser over $1.5 million for organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Annabelle’s Wish, C.N.N.S., Children’s Miracle Network, and various local non-profit organizations.

What are your favorite platforms or which charitable organizations you admire most?
I think all charitable organizations that work hard to bring awareness of their topic of interest are admirable. One does not outweigh the other to me. Over the past 10 years my platform has transitioned from a focus on helping children to a focus on helping the women and their families in times of need.

Do you have any interest in politics?
Do I have an interest in “politics?” No. Do I have an interest in our country and the decisions that are made by our leaders? Absolutely! Why? Because they will affect us, our children, our grandchildren, our great grandchildren, and so forth.

What’s your dream job?
My dream job is to be a Christian-based motivational speaker to women and teens on topics of faith, family, and fitness.

Who is your favorite role model?
Jesus Christ. He lived the only perfect, sinless life anyone has ever lived on this earth. My ultimate goal is to come one step closer to being like Him every day.

Ten years from now where do you see yourself?
I see myself with at least 2 children, living in Jasper with my husband (in our house with a pool), actively participating in FBC of Jasper, and traveling on the weekends to speak at Women’s Christian Conferences. Where do I see myself in 20 years? Add 2 more children! I will have a lot of sweet talking to do to Tate. J
